aguaOzone – changing how we hydrate!

We are an experienced, culturally diverse team from the U.S. and Mexico that have worked together in the past to build the infrastructures for Coca-Cola and Pepsi in Mexico to enable the launch of the Fountain Beverage Dispense format. We took best practices developed by the global brands in the U.S. and adapted them to the local cultures and infrastructure constraints in Mexico, and throughout Latin America. Through this process we have developed a 360 degree understanding of what it takes to build an organization to successfully launch and support a beverage product that depends on the integration of municipal water sources.

Operations

Leverage operations quality to drive customer satisfaction and growth
Our technical background ranges from corporate engineering and chemistry, manufacturing and R & D, to field operations and execution. We have designed and setup technical support facilities for two major Coca-Cola bottling groups in Mexico (Leon, Mexico City). This includes defining and developing the training parameters for installations, preventive maintenance and sanitization of equipment; also, the optimized coverage of installed equipment to ensure timely response times at minimized costs (Learn more – DICO project).

aguaOzone is currently a member of the WQA (Water Quality Association).

Marketing Innovation

We worked closely with global brands to integrate strategic market objectives with operations execution excellence that supported the development of a culture of acceptance for a novel beverage package. This included both client and consumer channel-specific strategies.

Fondas - a high volume potential opportunity
A key to the success of expanding acceptance of new technologies is comprehension how these technologies can deliver value to current cultural settings while building synergistic client / consumer value propositions that drive acceptance. We have developed such programs to expand beverage dispense into new markets previously accustomed to other consumption packages. (Learn more - Cheetah Project)

Logistics

Proficient in Customer Care as a business growth model
Critical to successful commercialization is the management of the day-to-day business processes; including customer service, shipping and handling, import / export and warehousing of merchandise. We have built ground-up organizations employing local talent to achieve success and deliver a level of customer care that has differentiated our services and products from the competition.

Management

We have configured and managed wholly owned subsidiaries in Mexico (Mexico City, Monterrey, Piedras Negras) as well as developed distribution networks throughout Latin America. Our success is a result of our ability to identify and select local talent and systematically mentor and develop their skills and strengths to grow with the business and assume greater responsibilities and position.

Additionally, we have shared Management responsibility for joint venture manufacturing operations in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Bogota, Colombia.
